Section 3
Establishment of Secretariat
(1) The Federal Parliament Secretariat has been established for the smooth operation of the Federal Parliament and for the operation and management of the Federal Parliament services.
(2) The secretariat will have a general secretary, a secretary and the required number of staff and dignitaries.
